Terms of Service

LedgerSync is provided as a subscription SaaS product for businesses that need commerce data synchronized into accounting systems.

Customers are responsible for valid source credentials, marketplace compliance, and the accuracy of mappings and posting rules used during synchronization.

The service includes retry, logging, and mapping controls, but final accounting review, reconciliation review, and tax treatment review remain the customer's responsibility.

Sandbox and demo posting restrictions described elsewhere in the product do not imply production posting approval or marketplace approval status.
