Connect QuickBooks Online Sandbox
QuickBooks is connected with OAuth 2.0 and scoped for accounting sync evaluation. LedgerSync reads company information, accounts, and items, then uses preview-first posting rules to keep sandbox activity controlled.
Sandbox-first setup
- - Use a QuickBooks Online sandbox company for review and QA.
- - Confirm the OAuth redirect URI matches the server-side configuration exactly.
- - Import company info, accounts, and items before configuring mappings.
Why the preview matters
- - LedgerSync shows potential SalesReceipt, RefundReceipt, Expense, Transfer, or fallback JournalEntry shapes internally first.
- - Blocking exceptions and missing mappings stop the post flow before any sandbox write is attempted.
- - Idempotency and rollback planning reduce duplicate sandbox entries during testing.
Posting safety
Sandbox posting remains gated behind explicit confirmation and environment flags. Production posting stays disabled in this build.
