Import CSV files into LedgerSync

CSV import is the fastest fallback when a native marketplace connector is not configured yet. LedgerSync treats uploaded rows as review-first inputs, not trusted accounting truth.

What CSV import supports now

  • - Generic orders
  • - Generic payouts
  • - Amazon settlement CSV templates
  • - eBay payout CSV templates
  • - WooCommerce-style order exports

How the workflow works

  • - Upload CSV
  • - Select template
  • - Map columns
  • - Validate required fields
  • - Review row-level errors and warnings
  • - Normalize valid rows only
  • - Generate a sync preview

Important limits

  • - CSV data depends on the accuracy of the file you upload.
  • - Invalid rows remain visible with errors and are not silently dropped.
  • - No accounting posting happens automatically after import or normalization.
This is operational guidance only, not accounting, tax, or legal advice.
